It has extremely low drop voltage (0.4V), extremely low quiescent current (typical 50μA in off mode, 600μA in on mode), output current up to 250mA, logic-controlled electronic shutdown, output voltage of 2.7;3.3;3.5;5;8;12V, automotive grade product: 2.7V, 3.3V, 3.5V VOUT only in SO-8 package, internal current and thermal limit, only 2.2µF for stability, available in ±1% (AB) or 2% (C) selection at 25°C, supply voltage rejection: 70dB typical for 5V version, temperature range: -40 to 125°C.
