ST L79xxC Negative voltage regulators handbook

This document describes the features and characteristics of the L79xxC negative voltage regulators, which were in full production in May 2012. These regulators have an output current of up to 1.5 A and output voltages of -5V, -8V, -12V, and -15V. They also provide thermal overload protection, short circuit protection, and output transition SOA protection.
