This document is a datasheet for the Toshiba TD62304 and TD62305 series of bipolar digital integrated circuits. These devices are 7-channel low active Darlington sink drivers comprised of eight NPN Darlington output stages and PNP input stages. They are designed for low-level input active driving and are suitable for operations with TTL, 5V CMOS, and 5V microprocessors.
