About this manual

The Toshiba TD62304AFN and TD62305AFN are non-inverting transistor arrays made of seven NPN Darlington output stages and PNP input stages. They are low-level active drivers intended for use with TTL, 5V CMOS and 5V microprocessors that have sink-current output drivers; listed applications include relay, hammer, lamp and LED drivers.

The datasheet covers maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical characteristics, test circuits and precautions for use. It also gives output/input characteristic curves and an SSOP16 package outline drawing.
