This document describes the features and characteristics of the TEA6425 video cellular matrix, including 6 video inputs and 8 video outputs, selectable 0.5dB or 6.5dB gain for each output, high impedance switch for each output, programmable clamp mode for each input, -60dB crosstalk, etc.
The TEA6425 is a video cellular matrix integrated circuit designed to switch between video and chroma signals, such as CVBS, SVHS, and baseband CVBS. The device features 6 video inputs and 8 video outputs, with each input clamp mode, output gain, and switching controlled via an I2C bus. It supports two internal selectable YC adders and offers high impedance switching for parallel DC connection of up to four devices.
