The STGIPS14K60T is an intelligent power module (IPM) designed for 3-phase inverters in motor drive applications, such as washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioners. It combines ST proprietary control ICs with short-circuit rugged IGBTs in a compact SDIP-25L package.
