This document introduces the Rev 7 1/52 52 STR73xFxx ARM7TDMI™ 32-bit MCU with Flash, 3x CAN, 4 UARTs, 20 timers, ADC, and 12 communication interfaces, released in June 2008.
This document is a datasheet for the STR73xFxx family of ARM7TDMI 32-bit microcontrollers. The devices combine a high-performance CPU with extensive peripheral functions, including up to 3 CAN interfaces, 4 UARTs, and 12 communication interfaces. The family is available in TQFP144, LFBGA144, and TQFP100 packages with varying pin counts and feature sets.
