ST7LITE2 8-bit microcontroller with single voltage flash memory, data EEPROM, ADC, timers, SPI
The ST7LITE2 is an 8-bit microcontroller from the ST7 family, featuring a common industry-standard core with an enhanced instruction set. It includes 8 Kbytes of single voltage Flash program memory with read-out protection, In-Circuit Programming (ICP), and In-Application Programming (IAP). The device also provides 384 bytes of RAM and 256 bytes of data EEPROM.
Key peripherals include four timers (including a configurable Watchdog Timer and a 12-bit Auto-reload Timer), a 10-bit A/D Converter with a fixed gain Op-amp, and an SPI synchronous serial interface. The microcontroller supports five power-saving modes (Halt, Active-Halt, Wait, Slow, and Auto Wake Up From Halt) and operates with a supply voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V.
