ST7262xxx is a low-speed USB 8-bit MCU with 3 endpoints, Flash or ROM memory, LVD, WDG, 10-bit ADC, 2 timers, SCI, SPI, etc.
The ST7262xxx devices are members of the ST7 microcontroller family designed for USB applications. All devices are based on a common industry-standard 8-bit core featuring an enhanced instruction set. The ST7262 devices are ROM versions, while the ST72F62 versions feature dual-voltage Flash memory with Flash Programming capability. Under software control, all devices can be placed in WAIT, SLOW, or HALT mode to reduce power consumption when the application is in idle or standby state.
Key features include 8 or 16 Kbyte Program memory (ROM or Dual voltage FLASH), 384 to 768 bytes RAM, a 10-bit A/D Converter, and 2 Communications Interfaces (SCI and SPI). The devices support a USB interface compliant with USB specification version 2.0, including DMA for low speed applications, suspend and resume operations, and up to 3 endpoints. The chip integrates a 3.3V voltage regulator and transceivers, along with up to 31 multifunctional bidirectional I/O lines.
