This document provides instructions for the Crosley NP-78 replacement needle, a specific accessory designed for Crosley turntables to play 78 rpm records. It details how to remove the existing needle from the wooden case and how to install the new grey cartridge with the diamond stylus.
The NP-78 needle is specifically designed for 78 speed records only and should not be used for 33-1/3 or 45 rpm records.
First, gently pull down the tip of the cartridge, then pull the cartridge forward, and finally pull it out and remove it.
