Hittite HMC339 handbook

HMC339 is a GaAs MMIC SUB-HARMONICALLY PUMPED MIXER from Hittite Microwave Corporation. It works in the frequency range of 33 - 42 GHz and has an integrated LO amplifier. It can be used as an upconverter or downconverter. This chip uses GaAs PHEMT technology, which results in a small overall chip area of 1.07mm2. The 2LO to RF isolation is excellent, eliminating the need for additional filtering.
