The HDMI05-CL01F3 is a monolithic integrated ESD protection device designed for HDMI control lines (CEC, HPD, SCL, and SDA). It provides high efficiency protection against electrostatic discharge up to 15 kV (air discharge) and 8 kV (contact discharge) while maintaining low line capacitance to minimize signal degradation.
The device is available in a lead-free flip-chip package with a 0.4 mm pitch. It integrates pull-up and pull-down resistors for the I2C bus and hot plug detection, respectively.
