About this manual

The L99MC6 is a highly flexible monolithic medium current output driver incorporating three independently self-configuring high-/low-side channels (channels 1 to 3) and three dedicated low-side outputs (channels 4 to 6). It features an integrated 16-bit standard serial peripheral interface (SPI) for controlling all outputs and providing diagnostic information such as normal operation, open-load detection, overcurrent, temperature warning, and overtemperature status. The device supports various applications including relay drivers, LED drivers, motor drivers, and mirror adjustment systems.
