The FST3383 is a 10-bit low power bus-exchange switch from fairchild. It can operate as a 10-bit bus switch or a 5-bit bus exchanger. The device features a 5-ohm switch connection, zero propagation delay, 0.2 microamps of typical current consumption, zero ground bounce, and TTL-level compatible control inputs.
