About this manual

The STEVAL-IHM015V1 is a complete development platform designed for low voltage motor control applications. It is based on the ST7MC2S4, an 8-bit microcontroller with 16 Kb internal Flash memory, and features hardware for developing applications using ST7MC peripherals including motor control and serial communication interfaces.

The demonstration board supports a voltage range from 5 V to 48 V and a current up to 25 A. It includes an 8A, 30 V power MOSFET (STS8DNHSLL) and is compatible with power MOSFETs in SO-8 and DPAK packages. The kit features an on-board 2 Kb serial memory, four potentiometers for runtime settings, and various connectors for programming, debugging, and auxiliary power.
