This document describes the features and characteristics of Motorola Semiconductor's 33702 product, which is a 3.0A switch-mode power supply with a linear regulator. It efficiently supplies power to Motorola microprocessors and DSPs.
The MC33702 is a high-performance integrated circuit designed to efficiently supply power to Motorola/Freescale microprocessors and DSPs. It combines a high-efficiency synchronous buck regulator for the core voltage with a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator for I/O and bus voltages. The device features integrated 50 mQ N-channel power MOSFETs to ensure a compact design.
