The MSV series magnetic valve is a straight-through 2/2-way internal thread valve. The valve body is made of a whole forged process. The sealing elements are made of metal sealing elements to ensure reliable sealing. The valve body has internal threads on both ends for easy installation and maintenance. The valve adopts a pressure-tight guide member. The guide performance is good, and the operation is stable. It also has self-cleaning function. There is a guiding groove on the valve stem, which reduces the friction of the valve stem and improves the flow characteristics of the valve. The valve body has double sealing to ensure the sealing performance of the valve. The valve is equipped with a manual emergency switch, which can open or close the valve in case of power failure.
This document provides technical data for the Fluid Team MSV series, which consists of 2/2-way compact solenoid seat valves. The valves are available in four types (MSV1 to MSV4) with different control methods and default states (normally closed or normally open). The series includes MSV1 (pilot-operated, normally closed), MSV2 (direct-operated, normally closed), MSV3 (pilot-operated, normally open), and MSV4 (direct-operated, normally open).
The maximum operating pressure is 350 bar for MSV1 and MSV3, and 315 bar for MSV2 and MSV4.
The minimum required filter rating is 25 micrometers.
