This document is a user manual for ZSA two-phase soft starter, which provides information on its technical specifications, installation, and operation instructions.
This document provides technical specifications and operational guidelines for the Horstmann ZSA series of two-phase soft starters designed for three-phase motors. The manual covers specific models including ZSA3, ZSA 5.5, ZSA 7.5, and ZSA 11/ZSA15, detailing their maximum motor loads, power consumption, and environmental operating conditions.
The guide includes detailed wiring diagrams for standard configurations and PLC integration, along with safety instructions for fuse selection. It also outlines the commissioning procedure, explaining how to adjust the start torque and acceleration time using internal trimmers and LEDs to optimize motor performance and prevent overheating. This manual is written in German.
