This document is an instruction manual for the HI 2300 Auto-ranging Microprocessor EC/TDS/NaCl/ºC Bench Meter, which describes the features and operation of the instrument.
The Hanna Instruments HI 2300 is a bench microprocessor-based Conductivity/TDS/NaCl/Temperature meter featuring autoranging capabilities. It includes GLP capability and allows data transfer to a computer via an RS232 port. The instrument measures conductivity with automatic or manual temperature compensation using a built-in sensor in the probe.
| Measurement Ranges (NaCl) | 0.0 to 400.0% |
|---|---|
| Temperature Range | -9.9 to 120.0 C |
| Accuracy (EC) | +/- 1% of reading or 0.05 uS/cm, whichever is greater |
| Accuracy (Temp) | +/- 0.4 C |
| Power Supply | 12 Vde power adapter |
| Dimensions | 240 x 182 x 74 mm (9.4x 7.1 x29) |
| Weight | 1.1 Kg (2.4 Ib) |
The default compensation mode is ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation).
Press the LOCK key to disable autoranging and freeze the current range on the LCD.
The instrument is supplied with an HI76310 Conductivity/TDS probe and a 12V Power Adapter.
The HI 2300 is guaranteed for two years against defects in workmanship and materials.
