This document introduces a low-power microcontroller module based on STM32F407ZG microcontroller. The module adopts ARM Cortex-M4 architecture, with a main frequency of 168MHz and rich peripheral resources. The module adopts low power design, with standby current less than 1mA, working voltage range of 3.3V to 5.5V, and working temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃.
The SC1175 is a versatile 2-phase synchronous voltage mode PWM controller designed for applications where point-of-use output power exceeds a single input power budget. It features a temperature-compensated voltage reference, over-current protection with 50% fold-back, and internal level-shifted high-side drive circuitry. The device operates in two distinct modes: current sharing to produce a single output from two separate voltage sources, or dual switcher configuration for independent control of separate outputs.
