The Agilent ZORBAX PrepHT column family is designed to extend the range of optimized ZORBAX columns by enabling rapid and seamless scale-up from analytical HPLC dimensions to preparative dimensions. These columns are available as simple-to-install cartridges in a 21.2 mm internal diameter with various lengths, requiring separate reusable end fittings for operation.
The product line includes several chemistries optimized for specific pH ranges and applications, such as StableBond for low pH, Eclipse XDB and Bonus-RP for mid-pH, and Extend for high pH.
