The Agilent ZORBAX PrepHT column family is designed to facilitate fast and easy scale-up from analytical to preparative High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). These columns are available as simple-to-install cartridges in 21.2 mm I.D. dimensions with various lengths, requiring separate reusable end fittings for operation.
The product line includes several optimized phases such as StableBond for low pH applications, Eclipse XDB and Bonus-RP for mid-pH applications, and Extend for high pH applications. Key features include a unique integral guard system to prolong column life and minimize dead volume, as well as the ability to handle flow rates up to 100 mL/min.
PrepHT columns are available as simple-to-install cartridges in preparative dimensions of 21.2 mm I.D.
