The Yamaha Auto Rhythm feature provides 16 kinds of rhythm patterns. Users can select individual rhythms or combine two or more selector buttons to create variation combinations. Each pattern also offers three selectable variations for different melodic styles.
The system includes specific controls for volume, balance between bass/drums and cymbals/high hats, and tempo adjustment. It features Start and Synchro Start switches to control when the rhythm begins relative to key presses. Additionally, there are 6 break variation patterns that can be triggered during performance.
