The TS39151/52 series are 1.5A ultra low dropout linear voltage regulators designed to provide high current output from small packages. They feature an extremely low dropout voltage of typically 400mV at full load and very low ground current, making them suitable for battery-powered equipment and high-efficiency post-regulator applications.
These devices offer comprehensive protection against over-current faults, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, and thermal shutdown. The TS39151 includes an error flag output that signals when the voltage falls out of regulation, while the TS39152 offers an adjustable output voltage via a feedback pin.
