Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between WMS7120 and WMS7121?

The WMS7121 has a built-in output buffer, whereas the WMS7120 does not have one.

How is the wiper position stored?

The current wiper position is automatically stored into NVMEMO when CS goes from LOW to HIGH while INC remains HIGH.

What happens when power is turned on?

The stored value in NVMEMO is automatically recalled and loaded into the tap register upon power up.
