This manual provides instructions for the operation and maintenance of the Agilent 490 Micro GC Biogas Analyzer.
The Agilent 490 Micro GC is a preconfigured biogas analyzer designed for the analysis of pure biogas. It is available in two configurations: the standard Agilent 490 Micro GC and the Agilent 490 Micro GC Extended. The standard model features a dual cabinet with a 5A CP-Molsieve channel and a PLOT U CP-Pora channel, suitable for analyzing permanent gases, hydrogen sulfide, and hydrocarbons up to n-propane. The Extended model features a quadruple cabinet with three channels (CP-Molsieve 5A, CP-PoraPLOT U, and CP-Sil 5 CB), allowing for the analysis of mixed biogas streams containing hydrocarbons up to n-heptane. This manual is written in Italian.
| Analysis capability (Standard) | permanent gases, hydrogen sulfide, and hydrocarbons up to n-propane |
|---|---|
| Transport gas pressure | 550 kPa (80 psi) |
| Transport gas for CP-Molsieve | argon |
| Transport gas for other channels | helium |
The CP-Molsieve channel requires argon as the transport gas.
The required transport gas pressure is 550 kPa (80 psi).
