The R3111 Series are voltage detector ICs with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current by CMOS process.
The R3111 Series are voltage detector ICs featuring high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current via a CMOS process. These devices can operate at extremely low voltages and are suitable for system reset functions, battery checking, and power failure detection.
Each IC in the series includes an internal voltage reference unit, comparator, resistors for setting thresholds, an output driver, and a hysteresis circuit. The detector threshold is fixed with high accuracy internally, eliminating the need for external adjustment. Two output types are available: Nch open drain and CMOS.
