About this manual

Agilent SureStart Taq DNA polymerase is a modified version of Taq2000 DNA polymerase with hot start capability designed to improve PCR amplification reactions by decreasing background and increasing the amplification of desired products. The enzyme remains inactive until stringent temperatures are reached, allowing for reaction setup at ambient temperatures without nonspecific primer annealing.
