ROHM BA6951FS Motor Driver Technical Note

BA6950FS, BA6951FS are reversible motor drivers that can directly drive forward and reverse rotations brushes motors. Motor rotating speed can be optionally set through the control terminal, and the motor can be driven at a constant speed by the built-in current feedback amplifier.
