The REF01 is a precision voltage reference produced by Analog Devices. It has a 10 V output, a maximum error of ±0.3%, a minimum adjustment range of ±3%, excellent temperature stability, low noise, low current consumption, a wide input voltage range, high load driving capability, no external components, short circuit protection, etc. It is suitable for use in DACs and ADCs, portable instruments, motor control, power conversion and medical equipment.
The REF01 precision voltage reference provides a stable 10 V output that can be adjusted over a 3 % range with minimal temperature impact. It operates from a single supply voltage of 12 V to 40 V, draws only 1.4 mA quiescent current and can drive up to 10 mA load current.
Typical performance includes 30 µV p‑p noise (0.1 Hz‑10 Hz), 8.5 ppm/°C temperature coefficient and excellent line and load regulation. The device is offered in multiple packages (TO‑99, PDIP, SOIC, etc.) and is suitable for DACs, ADCs, portable instrumentation and digital voltmeters.
