The GMS81508B/16B/24B series are CMOS 8‑bit microcontrollers with on‑chip ROM ranging from 8 K to 24 K bytes, 448 bytes of data RAM and optional OTP memory. They include a variety of peripherals such as timers, an 8‑bit A/D converter, PWM channels, a watchdog timer and a serial communication interface.
