The CM1204 is a quad ESD transient voltage supres- sion diode array. Each diode provides a very high level of protection for sensitive electronic components that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD).
The CM1204 quad ESD transient voltage suppression diode array provides high‑level electrostatic discharge protection for portable electronics such as handsets, PDAs, notebooks and desktop PCs. It is functionally and pin‑compatible with CMD’s CSPESD304, features Optiguard™ coating for reliability, and is offered in a lead‑free chip‑scale package.
The datasheet includes absolute maximum ratings, standard operating conditions, detailed electrical characteristics, mechanical dimensions, PCB layout recommendations, and tape‑and‑reel packaging information for designers and manufacturers.
