About this manual

The AD9057 is an 8‑bit monolithic analog‑to‑digital converter optimized for low cost, low power (typical 200 mW) and small size. It supports 40, 60 or 80 MSPS conversion rates with a full‑power analog bandwidth of 120 MHz, a single 5 V supply, and TTL/CMOS compatible digital I/O.

The device is supplied in a 20‑lead shrink small‑outline package (SSOP) and is specified over the industrial temperature range (‑40 °C to +85 °C). An evaluation board provides typical hardware configurations, including options for AC‑ or DC‑coupled inputs, internal reference use, and power‑down testing.
