About this manual

The SAFE-STRIP is a lightweight, reinforced‑nylon wire stripper with self‑adjusting blades that handle wires from 0.08 mm to 6.0 mm. It features adjustable length stop, replaceable gripping pads, and two adjusters that control incision depth and jaw pressure for a wide range of insulation types.

To strip a wire, insert it between the jaws, press the handles, and the blades will cut the insulation without touching the conductor. Adjuster ‘x’ changes the depth of incision, while adjuster ‘y’ changes the pressure applied by the jaws. Replacement parts such as stripping jaws, cutting blade, and gripping pads are listed with their catalog numbers.
