PROWAVE M165D25 Ultrasonic Atomizing Transducer Product Data Sheet

This product is a ultrasonic atomizing transducer produced by Pro-Wave, which is ideal for atomizing liquids using our factory made high Q hard type piezoelectric ceramic element. It can generate a very fine mist having a particle diameter of only a few microns, which is used in many scenarios such as refrigerated food displays and storage, living environments and air conditioning plants.

About this manual

The PROWAVE M165D25 ultrasonic atomizing transducer uses a high‑Q hard‑type piezoelectric ceramic element clad with stainless steel for erosion resistance. It produces a very fine mist with particle diameters of less than 3 µm and an atomizing efficiency greater than 400 cc/hour while consuming low power.

Typical applications include humidification for refrigerated food displays, living environments, air‑conditioning plants, inhalation and disinfecting equipment, and industrial process control such as lubrication and coating. The unit is supplied assembled with a silicone rubber holder and can be customized with other frequencies and diameters on request.
