DHA51 is a fully programmable timer that allows the execution of self-designed timing functions. The function can be prepared using the free PC software BHF and connecting the unit to the PC. It is suitable for mounting on a DIN-rail and has a 17.5 mm wide housing that can be mounted on both back and front panels. The timer is fully programmable and can have waveform design capabilities with up to 32 status changes, each with a time range of 0.1 s to 100 h. It has a programable trigger input event and offers full reprogrammability of the timing functions. The repeatability is ≤ 0.2% and it has a 5 A SPDT relay output. The unit can be mounted on a DIN-rail and has a combined AC and DC power supply. It also features LED indication for relay status and power supply ON. The SPDT relay has a rated insulation voltage of 250 VAC (rms) and various contact ratings for different loads. It has a mechanical life of ≥ 30 x 106 operations and an electrical life of ≥ 105 operations (at 5 A, 250 V, cos ϕ = 1). The operating frequency is < 7200 operations/h. The timer has a dielectric strength with a dielectric voltage of 2 kVAC (rms) and a rated impulse withstand voltage of 2.5 kV (1.2/50 µs). The product is available in different types based on the housing, function, output, power supply, and time steps.
