HB-LTS10KA is a high-efficiency energy-saving transformer regulation and current-boosting device that outputs 0-10KA sine-wave current. It has an embedded digital electronic millisecond meter.

The unit accepts either 380 V or 220 V AC at 50 Hz as input.
The timer is set with a dial; it can be programmed from 0.01 seconds up to 99.99 hours.
Press the reset key before adjusting the current down; the display will then lock the new lower value.
Do not adjust the regulator with no load, reset the regulator before impact tests, avoid operating the unit under load without proper wiring, and never disconnect load while powered.
