The battery may be fully discharged, the travel lock could be active, or the shaver head may be dirty or damaged.
Press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds to toggle the travel lock; a lock symbol appears on the display when active.
Only the original Philips HQ200 cleaning fluid may be used.
