Use a socket rated at 110 V 7 A or higher, do not share the outlet with other devices, plug in with your hand, keep the unit away from water, avoid dropping it, do not use a damaged power cord, and unplug when not in use.
Insert the plug into a power outlet, turn the speed switch to select strong or weak mode, place the device on the desired body part, and after use turn the switch off and unplug the power cord.
