Stop the fan immediately, unplug the power plug, and contact the service hotline for assistance.
Use the angle adjustment knobs to set each outlet’s direction; horizontal range is 90°, vertical range is 120°, and the whole bracket can rotate up to 180°.
Unplug the fan, remove the screws, wipe the surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with cleaning agent, and avoid using water or harsh chemicals.
