RNase Inhibitor is an enzyme that can effectively inhibit the activity of RNase A, RNase B and RNase C in eukaryotes. It is widely used in the experiments of cDNA synthesis, in vitro transcription, in vitro expression, mRNA separation and purification with potential RNase contamination.
The GeneCopoeia RNase Inhibitor (product code Cl0201A) is a recombinant pig‑derived enzyme that efficiently blocks RNase A, B and C activities while leaving RNase H, S1 nuclease, T7/SP6/T3 RNA polymerases, reverse transcriptases and DNA polymerases unaffected. It is widely used in cDNA synthesis, in‑vitro transcription, translation and any experiment where RNase contamination must be avoided.
The product is supplied as a 50 HI (40 U AHI) preparation, stored at –20 °C, and supplied with a buffer containing 20 mM HEPES‑KOH (pH 7.6), 50 mM KCl, 8 mM DTT and 50 % glycerol. It remains active up to 50 °C and retains >95 % purity as confirmed by SDS‑PAGE. This manual is written in Chinese.
