The chicken heat shock protein 70 (HSP-70) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit (ELISA) can be used for the in vitro quantitative determination of chicken serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant or other related biological fluids in heat shock protein 70 (HSP-70) content.
About this manual
This manual describes the intended use of the chicken heat‑shock protein 70 (HSP‑70) ELISA kit, which is for quantitative measurement of HSP‑70 in serum, plasma, cell‑culture supernatant or other related biological fluids. The assay principle uses a solid‑phase antibody‑coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP‑streptavidin and TMB substrate to generate a colorimetric signal proportional to HSP‑70 concentration.
The kit includes a 96‑well coated plate, lyophilized standards, sample dilution buffer, detection reagents A and B, substrate solution, stop solution and washing buffer. Detailed procedures cover sample collection, reagent preparation, plate loading, incubation times, washing steps, substrate development, stopping the reaction, and reading absorbance at 450 nm. Storage conditions for reagents, shelf‑life, and safety precautions are also provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
