Frequently asked questions

Why is there no display on the controller?

Check that the power is connected and the fuse is intact; a missing power supply or blown fuse will prevent the display.

What causes the displayed numbers to jump erratically?

The electrode lead may be wet or the electrode ceramic contaminated; clean the ceramic with 0.1 M HCl or replace the electrode if needed.

What should I do if the relay does not activate or the solution pH does not change after dosing?

Check the relay for damage and verify the controller settings; also ensure sufficient dosing solution is available and contact the supplier if needed.
