This document describes the instructions for using the Chicken Prolactin (PRL) Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Kit. The kit is intended for in vitro research use only and is used to quantitatively measure the level of prolactin (PRL) in chicken serum, plasma, or other related fluids. The assay principle is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using purified antibodies. The absorbance (OD value) at 450nm is measured by an ELISA reader to calculate the sample concentration.
About this manual
The EIAAB E0846Ch kit provides a double‑antibody sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of chicken prolactin (PRL) in serum, plasma or related fluids. The assay uses a 96‑well plate coated with purified capture antibody, followed by addition of sample, biotin‑labeled detection antibody, HRP‑streptavidin, substrate TMB and stop solution.
The manual details reagent preparation, sample handling, step‑by‑step incubation and washing procedures, as well as calculation of concentrations from the standard curve. Storage conditions, shelf life, and safety notes are also included. This manual is written in Chinese.
