About this manual

The Osteomark NTx Serum kit is an in‑vitro diagnostic ELISA used to quantify cross‑linked N‑telopeptides (NTx) of type I collagen in human serum, a marker of bone resorption. The manual describes the assay principle, required reagents, specimen handling, and step‑by‑step procedures for accurate measurement.

The kit includes a 96‑well antigen‑coated plate, calibrators, controls, conjugates, chromogen, and buffers. Detailed instructions cover reagent storage, preparation of working solutions, plate layout, incubation times, washing steps, color development, and data analysis using a four‑parameter logistic curve. Safety warnings and performance characteristics are also provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
