SEMEM DFK valve controller is a product designed to control the opening and closing of electric valves. It can be operated on-site or remotely, and can be used for individual control or centralized control. It is particularly important for industries such as petroleum, chemical, hydropower, coal, and metallurgy that use a large number of pipeline valves. The controller also provides a 4-20mA valve position output signal.
The DFK valve controller is designed to control electric valve actuators for opening and closing, supporting both local and remote operation with optional 4‑20 mA valve‑position output. It is used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, hydro‑electric, coal and metallurgy.\n\nThe manual covers technical specifications, wiring diagrams, panel layout, operation procedures and safety instructions for the DFK‑5, DFK‑6, DFK‑7 and DFK‑8 models, including installation, adjustment of the opening indicator and troubleshooting. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Motor power (kW) | DFK-5/7: 0‑3 kW, DFK-6/8: 4‑7.5 kW |
|---|---|
| Rated current (A) | DFK-5/7: 10 A, DFK-6/8: 20 A |
| Power supply voltage | 380 V AC 50 Hz three‑phase four‑wire |
| Operating temperature | 0‑50 °C |
| Relative humidity | ≤85 % |
| Maximum altitude | 1000 m |
| Weight (kg) | DFK-5: 4, DFK-6: 5, DFK-7: 6, DFK-8: 7 |
| Valve‑position output signal | 4‑20 mA |
The controller provides a 4‑20 mA output signal representing valve position.
Use the toggle switch: the Manual (Nanual) position allows self‑locked operation, while the Automatic position is controlled by an external device without self‑lock.
It requires a 380 V AC 50 Hz three‑phase four‑wire power supply.
Rotate the conditioning potentiometer counter‑clockwise until the indicator reads 100 % when the valve is fully open.
