This document is the instruction manual for the instantaneous water heater. It mainly introduces the usage methods, safety information and installation methods of the product.
This manual explains how to safely install and operate the WH-DB-M-10(1) instantaneous water heater. It emphasizes that only authorized technicians may perform installation and start‑up, and details required safety measures such as a full‑pole disconnecting device with a minimum 3 mm contact gap and proper grounding. The document also describes the wall‑mounted assembly steps, water‑supply connection, electrical wiring, and start‑up procedures.
Technical data are listed, including rated power options (18 kW, 21 kW, 24 kW), rated voltage (400 V 3~), flow rates, minimum flow pressures, and maximum supply temperature. Warranty terms, required registration, and customer‑service contact details for Hong Kong and Mainland China are also provided.
| Rated power (kW) | 18, 21, 24 |
|---|---|
| Rated voltage | 400 V3~ |
| Minimum flow pressure with flow limiter (MPa) | 0.07, 0.08, 0.09 |
| Minimum flow pressure without flow limiter (MPa) | 0.04, 0.05, 0.06 |
| Maximum supply temperature (°C) | 20 |
| Rated pressure (MPa) | 1 |
The instantaneous water heater must only be connected and started up by an authorized technician.
The contact gap must be at least 3 mm.
Open the warm water tap completely and allow flow through for one minute.
The minimum flow pressure is 0.07 MPa (0.7 bar) for the 18 kW version, 0.08 MPa (0.8 bar) for 21 kW, and 0.09 MPa (0.9 bar) for 24 kW.
