R437 is a four-way valve with optional thermostatic head, designed and manufactured for single-pipe heating systems. It can replace the previous 80 series micro-valves, to achieve new heating method indoor concealed pipe design. The manual adjustment knob can be replaced with any of the Jacomini thermostatic heads and electric actuators, whether these thermostats are made of wax sensors or liquid sensors.
The R437 four-way valve is designed for single‑pipe heating systems, allowing replacement of the original 80 series micro‑valve and enabling a pipe‑free indoor layout. The optional constant‑temperature head can be fitted with either wax‑type or liquid‑type sensors, and the valve features both a main circuit and a lock‑off circuit so radiators can be removed or installed without interrupting system flow.
Technical data include a maximum water temperature of 110 °C, a working pressure up to 1 MPa (10 bar), and a lock‑off valve adjustment range of 0‑50 % of the water flow. The valve supports adapters of 16 mm and 18 mm and can connect to various pipe sizes (½", ¾", 1", 1¼"). Installation must follow the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body. This manual is written in Chinese.
