Jiakemi R437 Four-way Valve Optional Constant Temperature Head Installation Guide
The R437 four-way valve is designed for single‑pipe heating systems, allowing replacement of the original 80 series micro‑valve and enabling a pipe‑free indoor layout. The optional constant‑temperature head can be fitted with either wax‑type or liquid‑type sensors, and the valve features both a main circuit and a lock‑off circuit so radiators can be removed or installed without interrupting system flow.
Technical data include a maximum water temperature of 110 °C, a working pressure up to 1 MPa (10 bar), and a lock‑off valve adjustment range of 0‑50 % of the water flow. The valve supports adapters of 16 mm and 18 mm and can connect to various pipe sizes (½", ¾", 1", 1¼"). Installation must follow the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body. This manual is written in Chinese.
