SGDH series 200-350Amp capacitor throwing dedicated solid state relay is a new type of strip large power single-phase AC solid state relay for throwing capacitor of reactive compensation devices produced by Wei Hai Xing Jia Electronic Co., Ltd.
The SGDH series solid‑state relays are single‑pole‑single‑throw (normally‑open) devices designed for capacitor switching in reactive power compensation equipment. They feature a DC control input, high‑reverse‑voltage SCR parallel structure, and a "zero‑voltage‑difference" conduction method that reduces surge and arc currents during capacitor insertion and removal.
The relays are built with German‑imported high‑reverse‑voltage SCR chips and vacuum‑welded construction, offering high dV/dt and dI/dt capability, up to 1600 V blocking voltage, and rated currents of 200 A, 250 A, or 300 A. Recommended installation includes a suitable heat sink, fast‑acting semiconductor fuse, and thermal grease between the device and heat sink. This manual is written in Chinese.
